UNAIR NEWS – Head of Alumni Association of 51动漫 (IKA UA) Drs.Ec.Haryanto Basoeni inaugurated a new board of IKA Commissariat Faculty of Dental Medicine for period 2018-2021, Saturday, January 13.In the inauguration, First Vice Admiral drg.R.A. Nora Lelyana, M.H., FKG alumnus and Head of Navy Health Office (Kadiskesal) was officially inaugurated as the head.
Before officially inaugurated, in her duties as TNI, Nora realized that the name of UNAIR has not been heard for social activities or humanitarian mission which is often organized by alumni from famous universities in Indonesia.From there, as an alumni of FKG, she is moved to contribute to the alma mater.
“We want our alumni to be useful for alma mater, state and nation,” said Nora after being inaugurated at FKG Garuda Muka Room, Campus A UNAIR.
In her stewardship later, Nora wants all activities undertaken by IKA FKG should be closer and has usefulness for the community.
“We are more in the direction of the closer and useful activities that are easy and not grandiose.In the community service, for example, we always involve our alumni, ” she said.
While Nora was sworn in as the head, Dr.Darmawan Setijanto, drg., M.Kes., who is also the Dean of FKG UNAIR inaugurated as vice chairman;Dr.Elly Munadziroh, MS.Drg.who is also the Head of UNAIR Career and Entrepreneurship Development Center was inaugurated as secretary;drg.Haris Desitawati as deputy secretary;drg.Rini Devianti as treasurer;and drg.Sitasari as deputy treasurer.
There are six divisions in the management of IKA FKG , organizational development and empowerment of alumni; study of scientific strategies and public policy;community service and disaster response;creative business and alumni contribution;areas of partnership and inter-institutional relations;as well as areas of publication, documentation, and public relations.
Head of IKA UA Drs.Ec.Haryanto Basoeni stated that in his journey IKA UA still uphold the pillars in accordance with AD / ART.Among other things, doing community service or humanitarian mission, establishing networking and empowering alumni, and cooperating with alma mater.
Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for the Alumni and Business networking, Junaidi Khotib, S.Si., M.Kes., Ph.D. congratulated the entire board who has been inaugurated.In addition to thanking the previous board, in his speech, he hoped that the newly inaugurated board could become IKA FKG’s driving force to make contribution to alma mater, nation and state.
“I congratulate the entire board who has been inaugurated.Hopefully our ideals to improve the alma mater can be realized, through the performance of these alumni, ” said Junaidi.(*)
