UNAIR NEWS 撎There were 200 students of Senior High School 1 Surabaya visiting 51动漫 (UNAIR) on Wednesday, October 5. The students supervised by their teachers were received by the coordinator of World Class University听(WCU) program Information and Public Relations Center (PIH) and Student Admission Center (PPMB). The objective was to get information on student admission UNAIR.
The event held in Kahuripan Hall 300 was started with a speech from the supervising teachers representative, Drs. Tri Teguh Irianto, M.Pd, and followed with a presentation of PIH UNAIR staff Rosatyani Puspita, M.Psi., and PPMB UNAIR staff Imam Siswanto, M.Si.
淚 would like to express my gratitude to UNAIR as our students were received well. Even though in less than six months they are graduated, they are eager to get into UNAIR, said Teguh. He added that his students have great wish to be accepted as UNAIR students.
In his speech, Teguh said their visit to UNAIR has been annual agenda. The students are expected to get information on the programs and trick to be accepted as UNAIR students.
In her presentation, Puspita explained a little about the student admission. The target of the explanation was not the students only but also the teachers. 淲e also offered doctoral program to the supervising teachers who want to continue study, said Puspita. She then continued the presentation on history, achievements, facilities and various activities in UNAIR.
While Imam explained the admission channel and requirements to be UNAIR students. 淥ne of the requirements is institutional support. So even though the students have great achievements but if they are not supported by the school, they can檛 be admitted, said Imam.
One of the students of SMAN 1 Sekar Rahayudiya said that she wanted to be UNAIR student. She wants to study in International Relations or Development Economics.
淚 really want to get into this reputable campus. UNAIR is one of the best universities, said Sekar. 淚 will take International Relations or Development Economics, therefore I want to study as best as I can, added Sekar. (*)
