UNAIR NEWS“ Improvement of human resources quality is always done by Directorate of Human Resources (SDM) 51¶¯Âþ.Various programs to hone skills as well as personnel skills are given.
One of them is the Organizational Workshop for Echelon III 2017. The workshop by UNAIR Directorate of Human Resources with the theme “Leadership for Middle Manager” was held on Friday-Saturday 20-21 October.
Located at Ijen Suites Resort & Convention Malang, the workshop was filled with the presentation of various materials on organization.The first material presented by Fadli Amma., ST., MT.onoverview in leadership.Second, the materialon how to be a good leaderby Dr. Leo Herlambang, SE., MM.Third and fourth presented by Dra.I Novianingtyastuti, Psi.about various skills to be agood leaderand Ilham Nur Alfian about the role of echelon III officials as managers andleadersin UNAIR environment.
The workshop was followed by echelon III officials.They consist of heads of administrators and heads of sub directorates within UNAIR.The purpose of these activities is to develop creative, innovative, and leadership skills.
In addition, after attending the workshop, participants are expected to be able to foster and empower resources in their environment.Furthermore, the workshop can also increase the commitment and responsibility of the participants.That way,situational leadershipcan be applied effectively.
