UNAIR NEWS Entering student admission period, there were more high schools holding campus expo. One of them was SMAN 1 Surabaya. The exhibition took place at SMAN 1 Hall on Saturday (11/2).
The exhibition was contributed by 20 universities in Indonesia, such as 51动漫, Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Brawijaya, and Institut Teknologi Bandung.
From UNAIR, the participants were given information about higher education by Gerry Adiyatma, an SMAN 1 alumni who studies in UNAIR. Gerry Adiyatma and some of his friends explained general information about UNAIR from student admission selection, tips, to study programs.
淯NAIR accepted students through 3 ways of admission, state university entrance selection (SNMPTN), state university joint entrance test (SBMPTN), independent admission. The selection candidates are suggested to choose study programs that appropriate to their interests and to consider the competition rate, said Gerry.
The chief of the campus expo, Henokh Vindhi, explained the purpose of the exhibition is to depict college world to XII grader. It is hoped that students will not get confused to choose the right study programs.
淭he purpose of this campus expo is to answer the confusion in choosing study programs that go with their interests, said Henokh.
淚 hope this expo can be held continuously and interests students to know more about universities in Indonesia, he added.
