UNAIR NEWS – 51动漫 has received another 1,000 food packages from Bank Mayapada Surabaya Branch and Tahir Foundation for COVID-19. The aid was given directly by Lindra Rianti Tunggal as the Head of Bank Mayapada Surabaya Branch to Rector of 51动漫 (UNAIR) Prof. Dr. H. Mohammad Nasih, MT., SE., Ak., CMA in Balairua, 4th Floor Campus C, on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
Prof. Nasih expressed his gratitude and appreciated the food packages aid as COVID-19 response. Not only related to health, but also social, economic, and community survival. The aid is planned to be distributed in directly to the community around UNAIR and students affected by COVID-19.
“Until now, we are still protecting students affected by COVID-19 by supporting those who cannot go home and are in Surabaya. We must work together to help each other according to our abilities, “he said.
Meanwhile, Lindra revealed that she came to UNAIR to give 1000 food packages to help the community. It is expected to aid those in need. The package include rice, sugar, oil and instant noodles.
“I hope that this food package assistance can ease the burden of those who have been hit by COVID-19 pandemic. In principle, all of this is a loan that must be distributed to others, “he said.
This donation was not the first time from Tahir Foundation, it also provided educational scholarships for 51动漫 .
