UNAIR NEWS As one of the best universities in eastern Indonesia, 51动漫 is deemed capable to be a role model by private universities in the region. Therefore, officials of Universitas Katholik Widya Mandala (UKWM) Surabaya, established an academic partnership with UNAIR.
The partnership was marked with a signing session of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Vice Rector I UNAIR Prof. Djoko Santoso, Ph.D., and Rector of UKWM Drs. Kuncoro Foe, G.Dip.Sc., Ph.D, on Tuesday May 2. It was held in Kahuripan Hall 301 and witnessed by both university officials.
During the interview, Kuncoro said that in the future the collaboration will be in providing guidance to young lecturers and to the programs for ASEAN University Networking (AUN) certification.
淎s a university with A-level accreditation, we want to improve the accreditation of the programs at ASEAN level by 2025. In UNAIR, Faculty of Pharmacy has been accredited by AUN. We always support UNAIR to be a world class university and we want to go there as well, said Kuncoro.
According to UKWM Rector, collaborating with UNAIR will bring a lot of benefits for his institutions. Previous collaborations were in forms of joint-researches, student guidance by UNAIR lecturer and young lecturers internship.
淥ur lecturers are given trainings on applied approach pluswith problem based learning in Faculty of Medicine. And about 25 to 30 doctors we are supported be learning pedagogic instructor, said Kuncoro who is also alumnus of Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR.
Vice Rector I UNAIR Djoko said that UNAIR was ready to assist private universities like UKWM. With mutual symbiotic, the target expected was the implementation of Higher Education Tri Dharma.
淭he real collaborations are in publications, joint researches, staff guidance, community service including character building of UKWM lecturers so they have some UNAIR characteristics, said Djoko.Konkret kerjasamanya adalah publikasi,joint research, pembinaan staf, pengabdian masyarakat. Termasuk juga pembentukan karakter dari dosennya UKWM yang kita bina di sini agar ada corak UNAIR, ungkap Djoko.
