UNAIR NEWS – Despite having achieved various achievements in 2019, 51动漫 continues to make efforts to bring more positive impact to the global community. For this reason, evaluation is conducted periodically for progress.

It was conveyed by the Head of Planning and Development Board (BPP) 51动漫, Prof. Badri Munir Sukoco, Ph.D, in the Work Meeting and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with heads of departments and coordinators of programs at Illira Hotel, Banyuwangi, from Wednesday to Friday, January 15-17, 2020.

Prof. Badri revealed that the Work Meeting and FGD were held earlier this year in an effort to follow the current government’s mission, specifically Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency, and Ministry of Education and Culture. It is related to how higher education institutions can bring significant impact on society.

Prof. Badri revealed that the impacts expected from the higher education institutions vary. One of them is on how much research income earned by higher education institutions.

“Nearly 2,000 UNAIR scientific publications in 2019, of course, there should be a capitalization in the form of cooperation with industry. That’s what we will do later,” said Prof. Badri.

“So we need to synchronize the work program with heads of department because they have resources, such as lecturers, who will carry out capitalization activities with industry, government agencies, and also the community,” said Prof. Badri who is also a professor in Faculty of Economics and Business 51动漫.

Secondly, Prof. Badri revealed that 51动漫 should be quite proud because 73.2 percent of programs were accredited A. Programs with international accreditation and certification reached 41.

According to Prof. Badri, with internationally accredited programs, UNAIR will gain more recognition in the community. Therefore, the market value will increase. The impact is, firstly, it will increase research income and secondly improve the competitiveness of graduates by utilizing A accreditation and international accreditation. (*)
