UNAIR NEWS As many as 960 applicants took a written test as a part of the recruitment of 51动漫檚 permanent employees non Civil Servant (PNS), Wednesday (15/3). The written test was held all at once at Airlangga Convention Center (ACC) with knowledge about UNAIR as the material.
This internal selection is in accordance with Rector Decree about permanent employees non PNS which was issued back in 2016. The selection was held in order to declare the role as employees and as a status confirmation. This internal recruitment is by far the biggest selection in UNAIR檚 history.
The Human Resources Director of UNAIR, Dr. Purnawan Basundoro, S.S., M.Hum., claims that this recruitment of permanent employees non PNS will bring to light the career path for educational personnel at UNAIR.
淲ith this kind of test, educational personnel position will be aligned with PNS position. This will surely bring clarity to career path, said Purnawan.

淭hey who are not yet accepted will be given a chance to serve for two years. Of course they will be given another chance, said the lecturer of Historical Studies Department.
Meanwhile, Fadli Ama, ST., M.T. as the Chairman of Human Resources Development Sub-Directorate says that there is a chance where all applicants who took the designated preliminary test will pass it entirely.
淭here is a chance that from 960 applicants who took the test, if these human resources are good, will be all hired as permanent employees non PNS at UNAIR, he confirmed.
The applicants who took the test were they who had passed administrative selection. From 965 applicants, 960 of them passed the selection. The applicants who pass the test will go through the next stage which is psycho-test and interview.
淎ccording to the valid , an appointment for the next 2 years will be established. If they are accepted then there will be an evaluation on personnel condition. Applicants who are accepted will undergo an evaluation stage for 2 years max and it will be a determinant whether they are promoted to be a permanent employee or put back to be non-permanent, Fadli explained.
