UNAIR NEWS –Efforts to improve services is continuously encouraged by Airlangga University.One of them by optimizing the role of e-office.In this regard, 70 e-office operators in UNAIR attended in the evaluation and e-office synchronization workshop held in Batu, Malang on Saturday, December 16.
In his presentation entitled “Humane Organizational Service in Bureaucratic Reform”, University Secretary, Koko Srimulyo, Drs., M.Si., explained that in running the role of administration, UNAIR is greatly assisted by the e-office.
“E-office is a part of UNAIR’s strategy towards World Class University in integrated administrative governance,” he explained.
In addition, Koko also encouraged all e-office operators to continuously innovate.The reason, although using technology assistance, the role of operators also determines the e-office optimization.
“If we remain silent, then we will be in a comfort zone and will not develop,” said Koko.
Beside the University Secretary, Kiswari S.Sos., and Yunus Abdul Halim, S.Si., M.Kom also spoke in the event organized by the Secretariat of 51动漫.In his presentation, Kiswari explained about the Official Document Script which is based on government rules.However, among thousands of letters sent by operators, there are still many mistakes made.
“The officials may just return or not sign the incorrect letter, so the secretary can know their mistake”, he explained.
In the last presentation, Yunus emphasized the evaluation and synchronization of e-office.In his presentation, Yunus hoped that the workshop can improve synergy and togetherness among operators.
“Hopefully this workshop can further improve the synergy between operators,” Yunus explained.
