UNAIR NEWS Another student of 51动漫 who makes achievement in sports. Viviani Nadyaningrum, a 2016 student of Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) succeeded in winning third place for Women Table Tennis Single on Sunday, December 4.
She won the third place after she played an athlete from Table Tennis Club Sukun Kudus in a National Championship of Table Tennis to win 淩ector Cup UGM. Competition was held in GOR lembah, Universitas Gadjah Mada, from November 30 to December 4, 2016.
Before the competition, Viviani has made a routine preparation. Viviani practiced in two places, in her club and at UKM. She did not forget to ask her parents blessings.
Viviani admitted that her father, a former athlete, introduced her to table tennis. The FEB student has been playing table tennis since she was in class 4 elementary school. From that moment, she has determined to be more active in the club since junior high school.
It was not her first achievement. She made achievements in National Student Sport Olympic (O2SN) Jakarta, Province Sports Week (Porprov) East Java, National Student Sports Week (POPNAS), National Championship, and many other competitions.
Viviani has regular classes in campus but they do not stop her to improve her talent. In her opinion, academic and non academic should run together.
淚n the professional world, academic skill is followed with non-academic skill. I manage the time between study and career and practices in the afternoon until evening. After that I read books and do my assignments so I won檛 be left behind, said Viviani.
Viviani felt proud of her achievement, as she was abstaining for a year. Now, she is back to make more achievements. Viviani hoped that in the future she can make more achievements.
