UNAIR NEWS Members of Student Family Student Executive Board 51动漫 distributed qurbani meat this Eid-ul-Adha celebration.
In the south of East Java, in Blitar, some members of Student Family Student Executive Board 51动漫 held 淏arbequ (Bareng-bareng Berqurban) event. The rite sacrificing animal and distributing it to 125 families in Ringinsari, of Ringinrejo Village, Jalasutra Sub-district was done on Saturday, September 2.
淲e held the sacrificial rite of a goat in Jalasutra, which usually does not have a sacrificial meat. The event was initiated by Community Service Ministry BEM UNAIR 2017, and it became the biggest sacrificial rite ever held in Jalasutra, said the Head of BEM KM UNAIR Anang Fajrul during interview.
Anang said that in Barbequ, BEM KM UNAIR sacrificed five goats and 200 tins of corned beef. Every head of the family got a kilogram of meat.
淭he goats were from donation of Rumah Zakat Surabaya, Jemaah Intelektual Mahasiswa Muslim Faculty of Science and Technology UNAIR, Jenderal Sudirman Mosque, Nurul Huda Mosque, and some anonymous donation, added Anang.
The event was welcomed by the locals. The local officials expressed their gratitude for this event.
Alhamdulillah. On behalf of all residents I檇 like to thank Community Service Ministry BEM UNAIR. This Eid-ul-Adha, we all could get meat. Hopefully students of UNAIR always get the blessings, said Jarno as the head of the neighborhood.
Anang added, Jalasutra has been the partner of BEM KM UNAIR community service for the last few years. From observation, BEM KM UNAIR decided to hold it in Jalasutra.
