UNAIR NEWS At first, Nurita Dania Anindita was not very interested with Biology, but life has brought her to Aquaculture program, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine 51动漫. It was her challenge to finish her study well with the best result.
The woman participated in Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youth (JENESYS) has made great academic achievement as the best graduate with 3.85 GPA.
In her thesis, Dania studied about 淭he Effect of Kappa-Carrageenan to Oil Content in Battered-Fried Fish Fillet. She studied the one of the benefits of Kappa Carrageenan to lower the fat in fried products.
Dania explained that Indonesian people like fried products, but they have high fat level leading to various health problems. It motivated her to find a solution through fishery product.
Besides her routines at college, Dania also active in UNAIR Choir (PSUA). She took part when the choir team won in The 3rd International Choir Competition Ave Verum in Baden, Austria, on June 2225, 2017.
Dania also runs a business of organic skin treatment product. 淚 like selling things since Junior High School. I think I inherited it from my grandparent, she stated.
In life, she had a principle to always learn and show determination. She likes joining organizations and building up network. Those networks inside and outside campus life are investment for the future. (*)
