UNAIR NEWS Coming from a recently founded school which has different studying programs from other schools makes the students of Insantama Integrated Islamic Senior High School Bogor feel optimistic to enter prominent universities in Indonesia. One of their efforts to acquire knowledge about college education is by visiting , Monday (20/3)
Ahmad Subardi, S.Pd., as the Vice Principal of Students Affairs at Insantama Integrated Islamic Senior High School Bogor said that his students have some qualities which most of other schools dont, that is soft skill education.
We dont merely focus on creating students with high academic grades, but creating students character which has a good Islamic understanding, leadership, and a strong team building. We do soft skill training which doesnt seem to give in most schools, he explained.
For the record, for six years in a row, students of Insantama Integrated Islamic Senior High School Bogor has benefited from a facility of Leadership and Final Stage Management Training (LKMA) which is held in the country or even abroad. Last year, they had an LKMA in the Netherlands. Meanwhile for this year, they plan to visit Turkey in October.
Through this visitation Ahmad Subardi wishes that his students will find a forum to broaden their horizon concerning information about college.
UNAIR has various programs for them to continue their study. We wish that our students will be able to live their dreams as a useful generation for their family and country, he said.
Amar Assidiq, an eleventh grader who functions as the President of Students Organization at Insantama Integrated Islamic Senior High School Bogor admitted that he had received a lot of important information from this visitation. He affirmed gathering facts about programs and learning facilities that offers, as well as ways he can take to be accepted to study at UNAIR.
UNAIR is which become our big dreams. UNAIR is a perfect place to expand our potentials, said the student who is interested in technical program major for his study. (*)
