UNAIR NEWS – Cecilia Margaretha, the second child of two siblings, never thought her master檚 education would have ended sweet.听She was named the best graduate of S2 Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in March 2018 graduation.听Cecil, graduated with 3.81 GPA.
“Working on my thesis was quite challenging.听24 hours seemed to be not enough.听Back and forth.听Find references, guidance, to the library,going to office, ” she said.听“We must be smart to manage time.听Between work and college.听And socializing with other friends, ” she added.
The women keen on running often had to make time to complete her job.听Cecil often spent the night with a pile of research data.听“But my admiration to my parents reminds me, boosts my spirit,” said Cecil who works as Esther House of Beauty.
Finally, the thesis entitled “The Influence ofEmployee DevelopmenttoTurnover Intention with Perceived EmployabilityMediation and Job Autonomy Moderation” could be completed by this psychology graduate alumnus.听The title was inspired by her curiosity on the triggers andintention turnoverdampers, the desire to stop or change employment becauseturnoverrate isvery high.
“The problem of human resources is not as simple as low salaries, then raised,” he said.听”Employee development is about attitude development, knowledge, experience, skills, and performance of employees of the company,” she said.
Although it has a positive goal, on the other hand,employee development is likely to harm the company.听Employee perceptions of opportunities may arise, especially inperceived employability inthe labor market.听As a result,turnover intentionmay increase.
“Includeing the effect ofjob autonomy.听When labor authorities make employment decisions that match their expertise.听I was curious (about the influenceEmployee Development, ed), ” she said.
