UNAIR NEWS To eradicate non-infectious diseases, Faculty of Public Health (FKM) 51动漫 launched Non-infectious Disease Integrated Development Post (Posbindu PTM) on Friday, March 10. Posbindu activities will involve the community so the risks can be detected independently and continuously.
淭he staffs are vulnerable to these non-infectious diseases. Beside the staffs, students are also eligible for Posbindu as it is for anyone aged 15 years old or older, said Vice Dean II FKM UNAIRDr. Thinni Nurul Rochman, in 淧osbindu and Lactation Corner Launching. It was attended by the Head of Mulyorejo Community Health Center (Puskesmas), dr. Riana Restuti.
In his address, Thinni said that Posbindu will be opened on the second Friday of the month. Beside counsel and early risk factor detection of non-infectious diseases, lactating mothers are educated on lactation. 淗opefully we can be pioneers of healthy life in FKM, said Thinni.
Riana responded positively regarding Posbindu. The Head of Puskesmas Mulyorejo hoped the community, through Posbindu, can also detect the diseases early on independently.
淭he program is in line with the Ministry of Health and Puskesmas Mulyorejo. The community is expected to detect any diseases independently. Later on, Posbindu will be the same as Posyandu which have five tables, said Riana.
淟actation corner is needed by anyone at productive age-group, even though they work exclusive breast feeding is important for the babies and the mothers, said Riana.
