In her thesis, Elsi writes about Islamic financial studies entitled 淧embangunan Keuangan Islam dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. She examines the progress and role of Islamic finance in depth, both in terms of quantity related to Islamic financial institutions, the number of customers, the number of human resources, innovation and products. In terms of quality, she highlights the impact given to the economy as a whole.
“That is the essence of the Islamic Economic system that is now more intensively developed. Especially the ideal economic system is no longer seen from the numbers, but from the real evidence and its impact, “Elsi explained.
She admitted, during the college, her constraint and challenge was about time management. For Elsi, it was very important to know the duties and obligations. After that, she was able to manage her time to run the activities well.
In organization, she also took part in Student Exchange at University Sains Malaysia (USM). She also joined the Postgraduate Student Association (HIMASEPA UA) period 2016 and Assembly of Bachelor of Islamic Economics (MASEI).
“I was worried about taking the Student Exchange. In other hand, I must complete the final task, but this opportunity was also a gift from Allah, “she explained.
Behind her excitement, Elsi’s main motivation is her parent. She always remembered the hard work of her parent to support her education. Therefore, she reciprocates in her achievements, and every achievement that Elsi acquire is nothing but to make the proud smile and the happiness of her parents. (*)
