UNAIR NEWS– Dhea Kusumawardani, a woman born in Gresik 22 years ago, was awarded the best graduate of Faculty of Law 51动漫, with 3.74 GPA.In the graduation ceremony on Sunday, December 3, she received an award from the Rector of UNAIR.
She admitted that during her undergraduate degree at FH, she often attended various activities, such as being a delegate of FH UNAIR on several occasions, includingto Erasmus School of Law (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam) andSummer Course Program Faculty of Law,UNAIR, Indonesia, Faculty Of Law, Waikato University, New Zealand).
Furthermore, various achievements have been made since elementary school.For example, the first winner of choir competition by Gresik Institute of Education and Culture, the best speaker in English debate competition in Muhammadiyah University Gresik, andfirst runner-upin Choir Competition of 51动漫 2014.
“Besides going to lectures, I am an active member of organization, committee, and UNAIR Choir and Jurist Prayer Faculty of Law.I have been atranslator inEuropean education fair and exhibition several times.As much as I liked, I took other language courses and learned self-taught.I am fluent in Indonesian, Javanese, English, Japanese, and Korean.I can speak Dutch for basic conversation including Spanish and French, “explainedthispolyglot woman.
In her thesis entitled “Legal Certainty and the Verdict Execution Power of Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Analysis of Indonesian Supreme Court Verdict) Number 3 K / KPPU / 2002 onIrah-irah“, in general, Dhea discussed the authority of the Commission to useirah-irah(verdict opening sentence) in its decision.
“Moreover, the Law No. 5/1999 on Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition is entered in Prolegnas 2017 and there are already draft bills (RUU) of its revision which gives more authority to KPPU.Hopefully, my discussion can be a consideration to give more authority to KPPU, ” he said.
Dhea who once worked as assistant junior editor inJuragan Journal FH UNAIRand wanted to continue his education in the Netherlands is currently looking for scholarship information to realize these ideals.(*)
