UNAIR NEWS– If you live in East Java and watch JTV, the name of Emil Faizza will sound familiar.The woman newly graduated from master™s prrogram of Media and Communications Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) 51¶¯Âþ is one of the presenters who has wide experience in the field of media and broadcast.She presents some main programs of JTV.
The tall woman who lives in Deltasari Indah, Waru, Sidoarjo, is a journalist,broadcasterandentertainerwho started her career from several private radio stations after developing her potential in the field ofpublic speaking by being amaster of ceremony(MC) and moderator.
She has considerable experience. She has moderated dozens and various events such as music, government, fan meetings,and seminars.Emil explained that she began her career as MC in her primary school.
Her field of work in the world of Media and Communications made her take master education in that field.Emil graduated from her master education in 2017.
She decided to continue her study because she believes that everyone mustupgradethemselves, skills, and knowledge.
“Otherwise, better achievements would not be possible to be made,” she said.
With vocational education D1Information Technologyand Educational English undergraduate, Emil continued to Media and Communications FISIP UNAIR though she had to study longer, for ten years.
“I am grateful to be able to combine education and work experience,” she explained.
There™s Always A Challenge
According to Emil, every field of work must have challenges and risks. She once had unpleasant experience as MC.She fell off the stage as high as 1.5 meters when she was bringing an event after thestage wall collapsed.
On the other hand, everyeventalways gave him an interesting lesson, new experiences and challenges.One of them is the opportunity to participate in the president event including interviewing Indonesian national figures such as Jusuf Kalla, Prabowo, and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
During her master™s degree education, Emil must be clever to manage her time.She had to make adjustments to her schedules.For her, the key is time management.Never postpone work and think that there is still plenty of time.
“Get on with it.Do not postpone.Furthermore, family support is very important in getting me through the challenge to complete my study on time, ” she concluded.
