According to Hamidah, every institution has best practices that can become shared lessons for improving governance.
Strengthening integrated information systems
淭hrough benchmarking, both institutions can learn from each other. We also involve the team from the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation to share their experience in developing systems at UNAIR, Prof. Hamidah said.
Prof. Hamidah added that UNAIR has implemented artificial intelligence in several automation processes. The initiative was aimed to integrate systems across units, institutions, and directorates. One of the key initiatives was strengthening the Center for Data and Digital Intelligence (PUSAKA) as the central hub for data integration and digital technology development within UNAIR.

In addition to technological implementation, Prof. Hamidah also explained UNAIR檚 approach to integrated financial planning and taxation management. All revenue is managed through a centralized system supported by the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation. The system helps ensure that data management becomes more efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated.
