In International Conference in Organizational Innovation in Beijing on July 26-28, 2016, the delegation of Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) succeeded in achieving the Best Paper in the name of Prof Dr Bambang Tjahjadi SE.,MBA., Ak., andOutstanding Professorfor Badri Munir Sukoco SE., MBA., PhD.
In Beijing, all lecturers were named professor. Therefore, even though Badri have not been awarded professorship in UNAIR, he had the right to be addressed that way in the conference.
淚 conducted the research to make the paper with Bu Noerlailie (Dr. Noerlailie Soewarno SE., MBA., Ak.) and Bu Hariyati. It was about the importance of innovation strategy on manufactures, said Prof Bambang asked about his work last Tuesday, August 2.
He emphasized that innovation strategy must be done from planning phase, production process to the marketing. Without it, domestic manufacture business will not be able to compete with foreign parties.
Furthermore, globalization is on its way. Implementation of ASEAN Economic Community since the end of 2015, for example, has widened foreign companies opportunity to market their product here in Indonesia.
Bambang said that East Java has great potentials on manufactures. It must be exploited well. If the result produced maximally, it affects the community directly. How can we optimize them? By creating innovation which follows the latest development.
If the breakthrough does not happen, get ready to be eaten by the competitions. And always ready to reach the bottom, bankruptcy. 淚f we don檛 reinforce our national manufacture, who else? said Prof. Bambang. (*)
