Four Meanings of Lebaran in Javanese Culture

UNAIR NEWS –After a month of fasting in the holy month, Ramadhan, Muslims celebrate the Eid-al-Fitr on 25-26 June.The lecturer of Philosophy of Science, Listiyono Santoso, M.Hum., revealed the meaning behind the name of Eid al-Fitr, called Lebaran by the Javanese community.
