Immunization Operational Strategy Book was written to reduce missed opportunity (of getting immunization). The breakthroughs are new efforts made in immunization scope acceleration.
After that, Arief Hargono, drg., M.Kes. explained about REC program. It is a new program implemented in Surabaya. It involves identification of high risk community, health planning in puskesmas, collaboration of puskesmas and high risk group, routine observation to the high risk community, and improvement of resources.
