UNAIR NEWS To be interested in some subject is a common thing to most people. However to be interested in a subject with calculations and numbers as its basis, there are not plenty of fans for it. This limited enthusiasts and unpopular subject yet is what Rara Dzikrina loves, even since she was little. Therefore it makes no wonder if she chose Accountancy program at the of Economics and Business (FEB) 51动漫. She made the right decision. Rara was awarded the best graduate for bachelor program of FEB on this March 2017 graduation day.
淚 have loved Mathematics since I was little, and accountancy program is closely related to numbers and the use of mathematical logic, said Rara, a young woman who was born in Surabaya, 12 July 1994. She admitted feeling no pressure when she started her courses in the accountancy program which full of numbers. From this program which has always been her passion, Rara was awarded the best bachelor graduate with a GPA of 3,86.
淚檓 not really into subjects which don檛 include numbers but are more about memory. So for these less favorite subjects, I usually spend more time to study before the tests, about 4-5 days, she added.
Rara has her own way to study. She likes to make her time to do her hobby, having quality time with her friends or family, so that her mind will be fresh and the brain檚 absorption to new things will also improve. This trick takes her, the First Contender of Accounting Debate Competition in UNESA, to get a good GPA every semester.
She finished the program by defending her final essay entitled The Effects of Corporate Governance and Barriers to Entry on Financial Performance with Intellectual Capital as a Mediation Variable in Mining Sector Companies which are registered at BEI. In finishing her final essay she admitted having difficulties searching for reference journals about barriers to entry since not many national or international researches use barriers to entry as a variable.
淏ut since I have a principle not to be lazy in looking for a lot of references, I could finish all my assignments well, Rara said. One more thing, her tip to be successful is: 淚n finishing all the difficult assignments, I always try to do them on the same day as the day when assign them. And those are all her tips and tricks.
