UNAIR NEWS In history, mosques were not merely a place to do five daily prayers; government tactics, knowledge and all kinds of effort to determine the future civilization were also taken place in mosques instead. That is one of the important reasons behind the existence of mosques in educational institutions.
The 淓xcellence with Morality motto which is echoed by 51动漫 is in fact always held and implemented by its civitas. A number of things, including the existence of two grand mosques in Campus B and C, are proofs that about fostering its civitas to be a smart and moral generation.
To optimize the role of the mosques, either at Nuruzzaman Mosque B or Ulul Azmi Mosque C, the mosques takmir invented several activities from afternoon study, weekend college, banjari salawat, to mass tabligh. Afri Andiarto, S.M., as a Mosques Teens (Remas) of Ulul Azmi explained that every activity held at the mosque is an effort to keep the mosque flourishing.

Afri also confirmed that efforts to optimize the role of the mosque are mutual responsibility. In fact, not only takmir and Remas committee, but lecturers and officials of UNAIR also play a part to keep the mosque flourishing. An example for this is Dr. M. Hadi Shubhan., S.H., M.H., CN.; this pesantren graduate makes his time every fourth Wednesday of the month to lead a study of ‘Ushfuriyyah Sacred Book to students.
