Physics Students Learn Science from Humanist

UNAIR NEWS –“The culture, has made people civilized and advanced with technology,”.That was the statement made by the famous humanist scholar Sujiwo Tejo in front of hundreds of Physics students, Faculty of Science and Technology, 51动漫 on Saturday, November 25.

In the event of “Himafi Inspiration Talk Show”, the humanist who is also the founder of the Republik Jancukers tried to open and provide other insights about science to Physics students.Humanist who is familiarly called Mbah Tejo re-affirmed that culture is what distinguishes humans with animals.For him, the human instinct makes men more civilized.

“How art and science are one and that unites them is a universal language called mathematics,” he said.

Regarding the event held by Student Association of Physics (Himafi) , Dicky Bagus Prasetyo as the head of the organizer said that it was expected to be a seminar which was different from the usual.For him, the humanist involvement in the seminar was to provide new insights and see the science from different viewpoints.

“We really want to make this physics seminar event different from the existing standard.We want to see the science from the sunglasses of art, “he said.

Dicky also added that although the guests are presented differently, he also confirmed that Mbah Tejo was a dropout of Mathematics and Civil Engineering ITB.Therefore, Dicky was amazed when he was able to see Mbah Tejo檚 works of art with their scientific atmosphere.In addition, Mbah Tejo also brought the material through oration, poetry, singing, and even becoming a puppet master.

“It’s all illustrated from the story and the way Mbah Tejo composing songs, getting inspiration for essays and books, and of course also from becoming a puppet master.

The event was packed with an annual activities “Quiz of Physics and National Seminar of Physics”, moderated by Ki Puji Karyanto M.Hum., the Vice Dean I FIB UNAIR.
