±«±·´¡±õ¸éÌý±··¡°Â³§“ 51¶¯Âþ became the 22nd university to collaborate with Ministry of Social Affairs to improve the reach and optimization of social welfare programs.Minister of Social Affairs Khofifah Indar Parawansa and Rector of 51¶¯Âþ Prof. Dr.H. Mohammad Nasih, SE., MT., Ak, CMA., Signed amemorandum of understanding(MoU) on cooperation related to education, research, community service.
“The goal is to improve social empowerment through synergy with universities,” said Khofifah in Coordination Meeting of of Rice and Prosperity Subsidy (Rastra) 2013-2017 Final Report Implementation.
Khofifah added, the synergy between the ministry and universities can be done with research, community service, and development.The ability to collaborate has become very important in the optimization of welfare programs in Indonesia.
“Universities should give birth to people who have high morale and critical thinking, creative, independent, and innovative for the benefit of the people,” said Khofifah at Hotel Whyndam Surabaya, Wednesday, November 28.
The ministry next year will convert the subsidy of rastra to bansos rastra.It will be done in 98 cities in Indonesia.The conversion must involve multiple parties.
“Cultural transformation, the behavior of program recipients needs support from all elements,” she added.
There is also a Independent and Prosper Village (DSM) program.There are 5 thousand villages targeted to become independent villages.Inter-agency coordination has been done through Kemenristekdikti.Colleges will serve as guides and bodyguards in the establishment of villages in the immediate vicinity.
Meanwhile, Prof.Nasih conveyed the importance for government to create synergy between institutions.Higher Education Tri Dharma can be used as a foundation in approaching the community.Research, development, and devotion have become the most important part to contribute real to society.

In response, Khofifah said that the program will be realized if all parties involved.The independence of the community from the periphery and rural areas in the form of development of Independent and Prosper Village of the ministry.
“Not only universities, all regencies / cities governments will receive Bansos Strategic Plan.Make sure all the village officials can inform it so it can be distributed evenly, “said Khofifah.(*)
