The Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, has strengthened its position as Indonesia’s best legal higher education institution. This achievement is certainly not a barrier to continuing to improve the quality of legal higher education through cooperation with various other legal higher education institutions, both domestically and abroad. The delegation from the Faculty of Law of Airlangga University attempted to realize this during a visit to the United Kingdom (the United Kingdom). The visit, which was held in mid-November, was led directly by Iman Prihandono, S.H., M.H, LL.M, Ph.D as the Dean, who Dr. Maradona accompanied, S.H., LL.M as Deputy Dean III for Research, Publication, Community Service, and Cooperation and Kukuh Leksono S. Aditya, S.H., LL.M as Coordinator of the Faculty International Office. Through this opportunity, at least two campuses were visited: Birmingham Law School, the University of Birmingham and Solent Law School, in Southampton.
During a visit to the Birmingham Law School, the delegation from the Faculty of Law, 51动漫, was greeted directly by Professor Lisa Webley as Head of Birmingham Law School and Paul McConnell as Head of Global Engagement. The meeting at least discussed various cooperation opportunities between the two institutions. He was starting from the possibility of having a fast-track program from undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and directly continuing master studies at Birmingham Law School to the possibility of conducting student exchanges. Of course, this is also based on the Birmingham Law School’s interest in sending its students to the Faculty of Law, 51动漫, to participate in the summer course program. The possibility of this collaboration also has received support from Professor Aleksandra Cavoski, who was a supervisor of a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, while pursuing her doctoral studies.
Meanwhile, when visiting Solent Law School, the delegation from the Faculty of Law, 51动漫 was greeted directly by Professor Karen Stanton as Vice-Chancellor of Solent University, Kevin Rogers LL.B, LL.M, SFHEA as Director of Solent Law School accompanied. At least the visit has opened up opportunities for additional cooperation partners for double degree programs, student exchanges, and inbound and outbound academic staff. Discussions between the two institutions also put more emphasis on the mechanism for opening a dual degree program as well as other programs whose preparations will begin next year.
