(8/5/2023) | The Indonesian International Students Mobility Awards (IISMA) scholarship program has entered its third year. The Faculty of Law, 51动漫 (FH UNAIR) has successfully passed its students for the IISMA scholarship program every year. This year, seven UNAIR FH students passed the IISMA scholarship program; one of them was Princetta Nadja Braka.
As she is affectionately known, Nadja told FH News on Monday (8/5/2023) that the reason for choosing the University of Auckland was because the campus is in the Top 100 best universities in the world. In addition, she likes New Zealand culture.
“The law department is good, and I like New Zealand culture, so I want to learn about the culture there,” said Nadja.
Nadja also explained that her motivation for joining IISMA was to seek new experiences while promoting Indonesian culture.
“I want to study seriously and promote Indonesian culture so that cultural exchange can occur. This motivation helped me to complete the IISMA registration and selection process optimally, even though it was quite tiring physically and mentally,” said the 2020 batch of FH UNAIR students.
Regarding her essay, Nadja talked about her achievements in debate and organization. She also wrote about his plans to promote Indonesian culture and how to deal with college burnout.
According to Nadja, the IISMA scholarship program has been on target. She hopes that more Indonesian students will be able to study abroad. She feels grateful to be one of the 2023 IISMA awardees and hopes to become a better individual and contribute to society.
In closing, Nadja shared tips and tricks for choosing a host university for next year’s IISMA.
“Pay attention to the previous year’s applicant and awardees data. Don’t be shy about consulting about the host university with IISMA alums. Make sure to find out about the learning methods and courses the host university offers,” concluded Nadja.
