On Sunday (18/12/2022), the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) held a year-end evaluation meeting for faculty staff. The meeting was held at Sheraton Hotel, Surabaya. This meeting is a follow-up from the mid-year evaluation meeting which was held in Banyuwangi.

The meeting went for a whole day from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM. The meeting started with an opening speech from the Dean of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Prof. Dr. Bagong Suyanto, Drs., M.Si. After the speech, all three Vice Deans elaborated evaluations on academic affairs, human resources and facilities, and lecturer publications.

淭he Board of Dean extends high appreciations to the faculty staff which has dedicated their service for FISIP 51动漫, said the FISIP UNAIR Head of Administration, Erwin Saktiyono, S.Sos, MM. Other than that, Erwin explained that the Board of Dean also gave out rewards to seven members of staff that was promoted to Permanent Staff of Administration.

In general, FISIP UNAIR has made quite decent progress. The meeting also discussed about the lecturers who are planning to retire in 2023 and the construction plans for the Soetandyo Building. 淚n the future, the Board of Dean will hold a competition for innovations from the staff in order to encourage more creativity in problem solving, Erwin said as the interview comes to an end.
