UNAIR NEWS– Rector of 51动漫 Prof.Moh.Nasih is honored to deliver a keynote speech in the Asia-Pacific Rector Forum.Prof Nasih will speak in theAsia University Higher Education Forum University Rectors and Presidents.The forum will be held on 20-21 November.
In the forum, Prof Nasih will be with rectors and institutional leaders from various countries, including antaranya Chang-Hai Tsai, M.D, Ph.D (Founder & Chairman of the Board Asia University), Dr. Chung-Laung Liu (Academician, Academia Sinica R.O.C), Jong-Tsung Huang (President of Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan), Jeffrey J.P. Tsai (President of Asia University), Huey-Jen Su (President of National Cheng Kung University).
Satyendra Patnaik (Rector / Advisor KiiT University of India), Singharajwarapan (Acting President of Chiang Mai University of Thailand), and Yao-Ting Sung (Vice President of National Taiwan Normal University).From Indonesia there will be Rector of Diponegoro University Yos Johan and Rector of Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta Gunawan.
In the forum, the rectors and institutional leaders will present their idea on “Challenges and Opportunities of Higher Education in Facing the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.Later, the forum will be held at Asia University International Conference Hall, Taiwan.
Three UNAIR Vice Rectors will also deliverspeechesin QS Asia-Pacific Professional Leaders in Education (QS-APPLE) forum to be held on 21-24 November.The event will be held in Taichung, Taiwan.Participants in the forum are university leaders and academics around the world.
“Being invited as a guest of honor will greatly affect the reputation of the university.When our Rector went to Japan, the impact was remarkable, many agencies directly invited for collaborations, “said Airlangga Global Engagement Director (AGE) UNAIR Prof.Nyoman Tri Puspaningsih.
Prof.Nyoman said that the involvement of UNAIR Rector in the forum is also due to Taiwan Education Center which is based in UNAIR.The involvement of UNAIR leadership in this international forum certainly supports UNAIR檚 efforts towards internationalization.(*)
