UNAIR NEWS – Islamic Economic Olympiad is the annual event of Islamic Economics Student Association (HIMA EKIS) of Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) 51动漫 (UNAIR).The Olympiad known as SEO is intended for high school students throughout Indonesia.
Islamic Economic Olympiad (SEO) continues to grow and makes innovation to seek new seeds of Islamic economic scholars.From year to year, high school students with Islamic Economy interest follow this activity. They are students from Mataram, Probolinggo, Kendal, Jakarta, and other areas.
“This year檚 SEO is no different from the previous year’s.However, it is doneonline.The previous year usedMooc听.听Alhamdulillahthis year we useolimpiade.id, ” said the event coordinator Fauzan Fadlani.
SEO is implemented using a selection system with two phases, namelyonline preliminary roundsperformed throughout Indonesia, and the final stage held in Surabaya for the top 50 participants.The teams qualifying will be finalists and follow the semifinals. The final and grand final are held in FEB UNAIR.
SEO 2018 is themed ‘The Turning Point of Muslim Generation to Actualize Morality in Economics’.This theme was chosen to bring Muslim generation to economic morality because of some problems occuring in recent years.
Fauzan continued, the theme was carried out so that the successors of the nation in high school could become a generation of Muslims who are active in realizing the Islamic economy.SEO is also held to gather talented high school students with potentials as future Islamic economic human resource, in an Olympiad, a national level competition.
“Through this event, the propagation of Islamic economics will be improved and felt by potential students and human resources for the development of Islamic economics in the future,” he added.
