鲍狈础滨搁听狈贰奥厂– Fransisca Anggiyostiana Sirait, S.KM., M.KKK should be proud.All of her efforts and hardwork in taking S2 Occupational Health and Safety (K3) have come to fruition.The woman born in Malang March 18, 1993 became the best graduate S-2 Faculty of Public Health (FKM) with 3.92 GPA in March 2018 graduation.
“I am very grateful and did not expect to get this title.My friends were so great and extraordinary, “said the woman who got an honor and recognition of the most exceptional creativity and innovative ideas Expressed by the research presented at the 1st International Joint Conference of Indonesia-Malaysia-Bangladesh-Ireland (IJCIMBI) in 2015.
Her thesis was on “The Influence ofPreconditionson Unsafe Measures”.Fransisca studied the safe action of workers with the theory of HFACS (Human Factors Analysis and Classification System).HFACS is a development of Swiss Cheese Model and the theory for workplace accident analysis that explains the model ofhuman error.
“Occupational accidents, especially in industry, are increasing and causing many losses.Human resources are the key element in the work process, in addition to technology (tools) and supporting environmental conditions, ” she said.
In her research, Fransisca viewed the personal side of every worker to improve safe and safe action in work and quality human resources.One hundred workers are involved because individual analysis is needed to deepen the science of behavioral analysis and occupational injury.
All this time Fransisca is also active in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Indonesia Jatim Region since 2016, as secretarial staff and student association coordinator of community service division.She is busy and it became a challenge and obstacle.
“In deal with it, I set my priorities and manage my time.I call it SOA (schedule of activities).It contains a list of daily activities, began to wake up until back to sleep at night, ” she explained.
After graduation,Fransisca admitted that she would focus on applying her knowledge, and keep doing some useful activities.(*)
