UNAIR NEWS“ Acceleration to reach Top 500 World University is being performed by all civitas academica of 51¶¯Âþ (UNAIR). Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) also does the same.
In early of May, Dean of FKG UNAIR Dr. R. Darmawan Setijanto, drg., M.Kes, and Dean of FKG Osaka University Prof. Atsuo Amano signed an MoU. Darmawan was accompanied by RSGM Director FKG UNAIR, Prof. R. Coen Pramono, drg., SU., SP.BM(K) said that MoU was to increase joint researches and international publications.
This MOU with Osaka University was another collaboration conducted by UNAIR FKG with other FKG in Japan which have been conducted previously such as with Hiroshima University, Kagoshima University, Tohoku University and Niigata University.
Some other activities of FKG UNAIR with Japanese universities was on curriculum program with International Dental Course (IDC). Through this program, bachelor students can study at Hiroshima University for four years.
There was also staff exchange, student exchangeand doctoral study for FKG lecturers in some universities through scholarships. Meanwhile, video coference joint lectures is also a way for FKG UNAIR lecturers™ to teach internationally. (*)
