UNAIR NEWS Professor of Faculty of Law 51动漫, Prof. Dr. Rudhi Prasetya, S.H., passed away at 78 years old. Prof. Rudhi died on Sunday (5/2) at 00.35 am in ICU Darmo Hospital, Surabaya.
One of his academic colleagues who is the dean of FH UNAIR, Prof. Dr. Abd. Shomad, S.H.,M.H.,said that he was an expert at company law. He was also a humorist, discipline, and liked to drive alone. The dean who was promoted in 2016 had a personal story about Prof. Dr. Rudhi.
淗e was an expert and qualified at company law. He once suggested me to write dissertation by quoting and discussing verses of Quran about business, said Prof. Shomad.
He also said that Prof. Rudhi was a scientist and was respected by people in Indonesia. It was proven with his persistence in continuing his discipline to the next generation.
淧rof. Rudhi was a humorist, discipline, diligent and liked to drive alone. He had prepared the next generation in his discipline, he said.
The professor inauguration of Prof. Rudi was held in 1993. He was one of the lecturers who had taught Banking Law and Company Law. Apart from UNAIR, he also taught in some other universities, like Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) and Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). (*)
