UNAIR NEWS –A total of 25 State Universities’ Hospital (RSNN) in Indonesia held a meeting for the first time.The event attended by Indonesian Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education M. Nasir took place in the Hall of Dharmawangsa 51动漫 Hospital on Saturday, October 28.
Director of UNAIR Hospital Prof.dr.Nasronudin, SpPD., in his speech explained the development and improvement of the hospital as one of the teaching hospitals in Indonesia.For him, to develop in a better direction, steps are needed to be achieve independence and excellent services.
“Our big targets this year are multi control and cost control,” he explained.
Despite a positive development, Prof. Nasron also pointed out some of the problems faced.He explained them deliberately as they are likely experienced by other state university hospitals. The fundamental issues include human resources, infrastructure, competition, and BPJS services.
“Human resource problems for example, we still have a lot of contract workers.They are still likely to move, “said Prof. Nasron.
The next speech was delivered by the Rector of UNAIR Prof.Dr.M. Nasih, SE, MT, Ak.On the occasion, Prof. Nasih assessed that state university hospitals in Indonesia healthcare scheme is a relatively new.
“All this time we often notice RSUD either in provinces or cities.Therefore, as a new component, to develop it we have to collaborate with other existing components, “explained Nasih.
Responding to various problems posed by Prof. Nasron, Prof. Nasih revealed that state university hospitals in Indonesia of course have the same or similar problems. However, Prof. Nasih was optimistic that there is a way out.
“This association we establish should be pushed to solve the common problems we face,” stated Prof. Nasih.
In agreement with Prof. Nasih, Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Prof. M. Nasir in his presentation said that the state university hospitals in the future can be a mean for healthcare education.Regarding some of the existing constraints, Prof. Nasir stated that one solution that can be used was good collaboration.
“The main concept is to coordinate between hospitals in order to run properly.In this regard, I appoint 5 universities to be advisors so the education in the field of health is getting better, ” he explained.
Furthermore, Prof. Nasir also explained that this state university hospital association can bring more breakthrough and solutions to healthcare field. For him, state university hospitals must be able to innovate by continuously integrated with education, learning, and services.
“This is what we should encourage, that state university hospital in the future should be a solution,” he concluded.
