UNAIR NEWS– Nusantara Mengaji is an activity under the auspices of Kemristekdikti which is aimed to unite Muslims and counter the ideals of radicalism.In the event, universities all over Indonesia are invited and asked to participate. is one of them.The event is centered at General Soedirman University (Unsoed) Banyumas on Saturday, February 24.
Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Prof.Dr.H.M. Nasir, Ph.D., Ak., and Head of National Coordinator Nusantara Mengaji H. Jazilul Fawaid, SQ., MA., were present in the event.Titled “Spreading the Spirit of NKRI, Generating Quranic Generation”, the activity was followed by various universities in Indonesia.For example, UNAIR, UNSOED, UNY (State University of Yogyakarta), UNILA (University of Lampung), UNS (State University of Surakarta), UNSYIAH (University of Syah Kuala), UNSIL (Siliwangi University), UII (Universitas Islam Indonesia), and UNNES (Universitas Negeri Semarang).
The activity uses an application from Nusantara Mengaji to unite participants throughout Indonesia.It was started with the remarks of UNSOED Rector and Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the activity was then continued with reciting the Qur’an simultaneously.
The participants had their turns to read the Qur’an.After finishing with 30 juz, the event was closed with a prayer.
In UNAIR, the event was held at Masjid Nuruzzaman Campus B. According to Muhammad Athoillah Sholahuddin as coordinator, the event was held by the Student Unit of Islamic Spiritual Student (UKMKI) UNAIR on the direction of Rector UNAIR Prof.Dr.Mohammad Nasih, SE., Mt., Ak., CMA.
“Technically, the Rector of UNAIR gives a mandate for this activity to UKMKI.Rector himself as a connector of the invitation from Kemristekdikti to UKMKI UNAIR, “said the student of Aquaculture UNAIR.
Atho conveyed that the Nuruzzaman Mosque was not only attended by students of 51动漫.Other students in Surabaya also attended the Campus B mosque.
“This event is very interesting and we need to do it continuously because, this event can be a gathering event and unite students especially students of 51动漫, “he said.
In the future, as it is very useful, Atho hoped such activities can be followed by all elements not only the students but the entire academic community can participate in the event.(*)
