UNAIR NEWS “University performance in implementing Tri Dharma can be done by collaborating with other institution as what is done by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA) and UniversitasAirlangga (UNAIR). Both universities based in Surabaya, established collaboration through an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing in order to improve Tri dharma implementation which has been done before by both universities on Thursday, October 27.
In UNAIR Rector™s office, Prof. Dr. Moh. Nasih, SE., MT., Ka., CMA., with other UNAIR officials met with UNUSA Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Achmad Jazidie, with other officials of UNUSA. In his address, Prof. Nasih stated that collaboration between UNAIR and UNUSA has been implemented even when UNUSA was being constructed.
Prof. Nasih said that as long as the regulations in the collaboration are obeyed by both, there is no reason no to continue the collaboration. The collaboration focused on Tri Dharma implementation, such as human resources improvement, academic and research development and community service.
œHopefully with MoU, relation and collaboration can run well as usual and in the future bring goodness to all, said the professor of FEB UNAIR.
Similar to Prof. Nasih, UNUSA Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Achmad Jazidie, M.Eng., said that his institution was ready to continue the collaboration. The former of Dirjen Dikti also emphasized that UNUSA was focusing on health sector, and it is only natural if UNAIR with its Health sector Excellences, is asked to keep guiding the academic process, community service and the human resources in UNUSA.
