UNAIR NEWS Three year program (D-3) of Archive Studies from 14 universities gathered in Swiss Belinn Hotel, Surabaya to attend a workshop on Achievement Formulation of Vocational Higher Education. Beside from Java there were participants from North Sumatera, Bengkulu and Padang.
The topic of the workshop held for three days since October 18 focused on two programs, Library and Archives also Secretariat and Office Management.
淭his event was held to fulfill DIKTI檚 demand which asks every program of universities to have learning achievement and graduate profile, said Endang Fitriyah Mannan, S.Sos., M.Hum, Head of D-3 Library Technician program UNAIR.
The speakers in the workshop were Ir. Hotma Prawoto Sulistiyadi, MT, who used to be the Director of Vocational Schools Universitas Gadjah Mada, Prof. Dr. Djoko Agus Purwanto, Apt., M.Si, the Head of Institute of Educational Assessment and Development (LP3) UNAIR, Dr. Pawit M Yusuf, M.Sifrom University of Padjajaran Bandung and Sancoko, S.Sos., ME, the lecturing staff of Secretariat and Office Management program of Universitas Indonesia.
淲e at least formulate the learning achievement and graduate profile with general attitudes, skills also special skills of the students, said Endang.
Endang said that the achievement formulated will be sent to Indonesian Library Higher Education Education Organizing Association. 淭he result will be sent to the association and DIKTI for approval, she said.
淲ith the achievement formulated, the graduates of the program will be ready to work pursuant to the market needs, she said. (*)
