UNAIR NEWS In order to strengthen the co-operation in the field of education, research, and community service, the Rector of 51动漫 signed an extension to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Regency Government (Pemkab) of Banyuwangi, Wednesday (22/3), at the local pendopo. Pemkab Banyuwangi was represented by the Regent Abdullah Azwar Anas, meanwhile was represented by Vice Rector I Prof. Joko Santoso, dr., Sp.PD-KGH., PhD, FINASIM.
Simultaneously this occasion also acts as an official announcement of the co-operation between 51动漫 (UNAIR) and the Regency Government of Banyuwangi. The aim to this is to open as wide as possible access to the co-operation between and Pemkab Banyuwangi in the field of education, research, community service, educational innovation, as well as knowledge and technology development in Indonesia, particularly in the Regency of Banyuwangi.
According to the Coordinator Secretary of PDD UNAIR in Banyuwangi, A.A. Gde Satia Utama, SE., M.Si., Ak., in signing the MoU Vice Rector I of UNAIR was accompanied by Vice Rector II Dr. Muhammad Madyan, SE., M.Si., Vice Rector IV Junaidi Khotib, S.Si., M.Kes., PhD., M.Sc., the coordinator of PDD Banyuwangi Prof. Dr. Suryanto, M.Psi, several Deans and other UNAIR officials, as well as four Heads of Program in PDD Banyuwangi.
淭his occasion affirms our hearts to keep developing PDD UNAIR in Banyuwangi as one of the revolution forms and contributions for the trust that Pemkab Banyuwangi has given to choose UNAIR as one of the public universities to develop education in Banyuwangi, Gde Satia Utama stated.
The signing of MoU between Pemkab Banyuwangi and UNAIR was also followed by the signing of MoU between the Regent of Banyuwangi and five other Regents/District Heads, regarding the official announcement of adopted programs which Pemkab Banyuwangi has successfully developed. Among others were Serang Regency (Banten), Sukoharjo (Cental Java), Bantul (Special Region of Yogyakarta), and Kediri (East Java).
Pemkab Banyuwangi is chosen as the MoU pilot project since it is the only regency in Indonesia which has attained A or the highest grade for SAKIP (Government Institutions Performance Accountability System).
Prof. Suryanto, the coordinator of PDD UNAIR in Banyuwangi says that we deserve to be proud because 51动漫 is chosen to be one of the academic institutions which the Regency Government of Banyuwangi, the achiever of A (highest) for SAKIP, trusts to develop education in the region.
