UNAIR NEWS Students of Wanala 51动漫 invited people to look after the Earth by joining one million trees movement. This invitation was to celebrate water day on March 22 and Earth day on April 22.
The tree planting will take place on four locations. They are Campus C Unair on Sunday (19/3), Brantas watershed, Sitiarjo Village, Malang Regency on Sunday (23/3), and Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency on Monday (26/3). Wanala works together with Forestry Service of East Java Province for this event.
The trees planted will be various. They are matoa tree (2000 seeds), guava (250 seeds), soursop (250 seeds), tabebuia tree (100 seeds), breadfruit (100 seeds), jackfruit (100 seeds), sengon and seloliman tree (2200 seeds).
In addition to one million trees planting movement, Wanala also invited 100 kindegarten children to join colouring competition with the theme of 淲ater Day
Therefore, Wanala UNAIR expected local people to look after the environment together by supporting one million trees planting movement. In Campus C UNAIR, the movement will be concentrically at the new area near the girl檚 dormitory, along the new road, and at the field next to the garage. (*)
