UNAIR NEWS – Vice Rector IV 51动漫 Junaidi Khotib, S.Si., M.Kes., M.Sc., Ph.D., hoped that all alumni of UNAIR from any classes and graduation years to update their personal data as alumni on UNAIR Alumni official website . The steps to update are provided on the website.
According to him, with updated information of alumni, especially about on their latest profession or work can support the academic reputation of UNAIR towards 500 World class university as expected by the government expectation. Therefore, the data of alumni is important.
淏esides, the organized database will simplify the process to find out alumni from various professions in some region, he said.
He hoped that by 2020 the power base of alumni will have existed in many branches or regions and no longer grouped at faculty level. It means that all alumni of UNAIR has united. Due to support the program, the whole alumni are advised to update their personal data immediately. And for those who has known about the program should spread the infromation to their friends.
淭he elderly alumni are illiterate for latest technology while the youth is familiar with this, he explained.
According to Junaidi, even in famous universities, none has updated the alumni data 100%, and if it only reaches 50% , IKA can still build a better alumni association. Now, every day there are only five until ten people who update their personal data. He hoped that more alumni can update their data on the website.
淚f in 2020, we can reach 60% of updated alumni data, it will be a great achievement which can be proud of and it is beneficial for the alma mater. Therefore, we urge to the alumni association in branch and also region to conduct the member for updating the personal data on website he said .
Technical Instructions
The tutorial to update data is attached on official website of alumni. First, find out your name in database. Click the database icon, select faculty, then select your enrollment year, fill your name in the search field. If your name appears, click update data. After this, click login with student number and password that you make.
If you do not have the account yet, you should click the account request (permintaan akun) and wait for the admin檚 reply.
If you are the new graduates and you are not in the list of database, so you should register first. Open , click database alumni, choose your enrollment year and find your name through serch field.
If your name is not in the database, click alumni registration, then fill in the data and wait for a reply from the admin of the web. (*)
