The expert is Dr. M. Hadi Subhan, S.H., M.H., C.N., who assumes positions of Director of Student Affairs UNAIR. The lecturer of UNAIR Faculty of Law finished his bachelor, master and doctoral in the same university. The man born in Tegal admitted that when he was in bachelor program he was really interested in Bankruptcy and Labor Law, so he decide to focus on the same field for his master and doctoral.
淎t first, bankruptcy law was not very popular. But from the monetary crisis in 1998 to this day, this bankruptcy law study is interesting, he said.
For his expertise in the field, he is one of the doctors on Bankruptcy and Labor Law in Indonesia referred to talk about any issues in his field. He often becomes an expert witness for some cases. He has been a witness in the District Court of Denpasar for a case of bankruptcy. He has been a witness of Surabaya Police Force for a criminal case of fraud and embezzlement. He has also been a witness in the alleged crime in Labor such as a case involving an employer who did not pay the employees salary when they finished their jobs.
淣ot only as expert witness, I have published a book titled Hukum Kepailitan: Prinsip, Norma, dan Praktik di Peradilan which has been published in 2009, added the lecturer born in April 6, 1973.
Hadi also emphasized that the book is used as textbook in national college studies and a reference in the court.
Another achievement he has is when he was invited as guest examiner in a doctoral dissertation defense exam in one of the best universities in the world, Leiden University, Holland.

For Hadi, his expertise can be used to help any communities. His expertise on Bankruptcy contributes in the settlement of employers and employees dispute in a company while on Labor Law, hadi focuses on helping the labors.
