UNAIR NEWS –Dentition is a regeneration program of HR Development (PSDM) Department BEM Faculty of Dental Medicine (FKG) 51动漫 () was held from August 8 to 11, 2018. Different from the previous years, in addition to introducing campus life in FKG UNAIR, dentition will also be a place to optimize the interests and talents of freshmen.
Cindy Ramahdani Putri, Head of PSDM Department and thesteering committeeat the event explained that at the end of 2018 Dentition program, freshmen will be given aformas atoolto find out their talents and interests.In thisform, the freshmen can share theirpassionsand desires after obtaining information regarding the activities of student organization or community in the faculty.
“Reflecting from the previous years, freshmen will surely get a lot of information related to activities in the faculty, campus, and outside campus.However, in the past they were not directed to follow their interests and talents.This year, we strive to provide guidance until they know their interests and talents where they can achieve at best, “explained Cindy.
The effort was made to support the vision of this year’s BEM FKG which emphasizes achievements in both academic and non-academic field from students.
Ahmad Fauzi, of theDentition 2018steering committeeexplained that to improve the quality of freshmen by mapping their interests and talents, the activity was also held to improve the quality of the committee itself by holding aworkshoponpublic speaking and psychology so that the committee can truly be arole modelfor their juniors.
“We have invited many speakers, both onpublic speakingand psychology to educate the committee.Hopefully, the committee can be arole modelwho can guide their juniors, “said Fauzi.
