Head of Public Relations FK UNAIR Eighty Mardiyan, SpOG (K)., suddenly appeared like a kindergarten teacher, when introducing the profile of FK UNAIR in front of 35 kindergarten kids from AB-TK Alfalah, Surabaya.
The arrival of these boys was welcomed at the Airlangga Medical Education Center Building (AMEC) FK UNAIR, November 16.
“Who wants to be a doctor?”asked Eighty.At once the kids in yellow uniform enthusiastically raised their hands.Their behavior and chatter instantly brought laughters.
Not to mention the looks.These boys were dressed in white lab coat costumes while draping a stethoscope around his neck.Funny!
The arrival of these kindergarten kids was unusual.However, the second oldest Medical Faculty in Indonesia welcome anyone who visits and wants to know FK UNAIR more closely.
Including when AB-TK Alfalah, Surabaya took the initiative to take their students to visit FK UNAIR.Through these activities, the school wants to introduce medical profession to the students.
“Because we know FK UNAIR is one of the best medical faculty in Indonesia, so we took the initiative to bring the children here,” said Ami, one of the teachers who helped accompany the group of kindergarten children.
This introductory activity is included in the learning process that alternate each week.Previously, the students were introduced to the police profession, now the doctor’s profession was chosen as their learning topic this week.
“Thank you for this welcome, hopefully the children are motivated to be a doctor,” she said.
