UNAIR NEWS To foster campus unity, (UNAIR) hosted an Eid celebration (Halalbihalal) for its campus community. The event was held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC) in MERR-C campus and was attended by unit leaders, campus staff, and UNAIR banking partners.
The Eid celebration gathering was more than a routine gathering; it served as an opportunity to forgive, reconnect, and strengthen bonds among the UNAIR family. Starting at 8:30 a.m., the event unfolded warmly, providing an occasion for all participants to socialize and build closer relationships.
淎lhamdulillah, UNAIR檚 2026 Eid celebration, like previous years, successfully nurtures fellowship among lecturers, staff, and university leadership, promoting a sense of togetherness and post-Ramadan collaboration, said Etik, a UNAIR educator attending the event.
Strengthening inter-unit and faculty relations
The event檚 main activities centered on handshaking and socializing. Participants used the opportunity to enhance coordination and camaraderie across various units after a busy academic period. Attendees also captured the moment through group photos at multiple locations throughout the ACC building.
To add to the festive atmosphere, live music accompanied the gathering, while guests enjoyed traditional refreshments during the socializing sessions.
