UNAIR NEWS To enhance occupational safety and health, innovations continue to be developed. One of them is My Fatigue, developed by students of the D-IV Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies (FV), (UNAIR). The team is led by Ibrahim Al Khowwas under the supervision of K3 lecturer Dr. Neffrety Nilamsari SSos MKes, along with Tofan Agung Eka Prasetya SKep MKKK PhD.
Khowwas and his team introduced the My Fatigue application, a digital innovation for detecting and measuring work fatigue. The application was launched for the first time in conjunction with the National Seminar of K3 Month at the Candradimuka Auditorium, 9th Floor, Gedung Kuliah Bersama, MERR-C Campus, UNAIR, on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
Detecting fatigue
Khowwas revealed that My Fatigue is the first application in Indonesia for detecting and measuring work fatigue. He developed My Fatigue so that users can apply it independently. 淭he application has been published and can be accessed through the official My Fatigue website. It can be installed and used independently anytime and anywhere, he said.

Khowwas added that the introduction of My Fatigue during the national seminar coincided with National K3 Month 2026. Through the forum, My Fatigue is expected to reach a wider audience among stakeholders and industry practitioners, so its benefits can cover various sectors.
High appreciation
Not only was it a product launch, the My Fatigue team also opened a service booth during the event. Among other things, they provided free work fatigue assessments and offered direct consultations on how to use My Fatigue.
The application also received appreciation from various academic figures. One of them was Prof Dr Ardianto SE MSi, Vice Rector for Human Resources at UNAIR, who evaluated My Fatigue. According to Prof Ardianto, My Fatigue is a breakthrough that addresses work fatigue issues across industries and emphasizes the importance of fatigue management in the workplace.
