UNAIR NEWS Faculty of Dental Medicine (FKG) 51动漫 often build relationships with various foreign universities. After signing a cooperation understanding with Thammasat University, Thailand, on (6/3), this time, Wednesday (14/3) FKG UNAIR built a relationship with Kagoshima University. Two Kagoshima University students were planned to learn at FKG UNAIR.
The Kagoshima University students didn檛 come to FKG alone. Two professors accompanied them, Prof. Nakamura, an expert in mouth disease and Prof. Nisitani, an expert in conservation.
淏y building relationship we have goals to achieve and we will also have a better quality research with them as the guide. As a result, we will be able to achieve our University President檚 target, which is indexed international publicity Scopus, explained Dr. R. Darmawan Setijanto, drg.,M.kes.
Interestingly, the two professors did more than just escorting their students. Prof. Nakamura joined a volunteer work on harelip, while Prof. Nisitani helped FKG make research affiliation so that FKG framework research would match framework research of many universities in Japan which had built cooperation with FKG like Kagoshima, Hiroshima, Nigata, and many others.
淭oday檚 student exchangewill not end here. There will be visiting professorand lecturing. There is also MoUof staff exchangeand research collaboration. Staff exchangeis allocated to lecturers who can檛 do certain researches here, explained the FKG Dekan.
The two students from Faculty of Dentistry Kagoshima University will join special lectures for the next ten days at FKG. They were given subjects which have been prepared and adjusted with their subjects in their original campus.
Apart from lectures, they would also learn culture and lecture life at FKG.
FKG UNAIR and FKG Kagoshima University have exchanged students in the last two years prior to this cooperation. (*)
