As of Monday afternoon, August 13, there were still aftershocks so the people were not allowed to return to their homes.

Damages and losses suffered from earthquake disasters also trigger social disasters, such as lootings. This is what made the FKp team moved onsite to alleviate the burden of the victims there by providing assistance and treatment, both physically and psychologically.

“As the Head of GenCorps, I hope GenCorps as pioneer of the social organization can give encouragement, especially to FKp residents so they could have more awareness to the environment and the conflicts happening out there,” said Ferly, Head of GenCorps FKp UNAIR.

“On the other hand, I hope that this activity can foster a sense of care in humanity to FKp students.Because we are prospective nurses, and in my opinion it’s important, ” he added.

With this relief aid, hopefully it can reduce the burden of our people in Lombok. No matter how small the aid we provided, it was very meaningful. It is not about the quantity or the luxury of the aid we provided, but it is our supports that can treat their wounds.(*)
