UNAIR NEWS The officials of sub-districts and wards in Surabaya have studied about land law. So, they will know more about administration in land law in Surabaya.
It was stated by the organizer of education and training of Land Law and Administration, Indrawati, S.H., LL.M, on Tuesday (21/2), in meeting that attended by 40 head of sub districts and wards in Surabaya. Indrawati said that the training was a collaboration among lecturers of UNAIR檚 Faculty of Law and Surabaya City檚 Government.
淭his activity was intended to provide knowledge for the head of wards, heads and secretary of sub-districts related to registration and land administrative in Surabaya. It is a collaboration among lecturers of UNAIR檚 Faculty of Law and Surabaya City檚 Government. This partnership has been running for five years, said Indrawati.
Before the training started, every participant did the pre-test to measure their competence. After the training finished, they also have given post-test to measure their progress.
淪o, we can monitor their competence before and after training, said Indrawati who teaches Agrarian Law.
Every participant is attending the training for 12 days from February 21st to March 13th 2017. Every participant will also be taught by experts from various sectors such as criminal law academician, civil law, police, judge, and others.
From this partnership and training, each of head of sub-districts and wards can solve problems related to land acquisition in Surabaya, especially on their administrative area. Besides, they are expected to do their jobs without violating rules.
