UNAIR NEWS– As a university that holds ”ÌýExcellence with Morality” as a motto, 51¶¯Âþ not only produce students intellectually superior, but also student with morality based on religious values.Not only a motto, makes real efforts in realizing that vision.
UNAIR inaugurated the opening of Dauroh Tahfidz program on Wednesday, August 1.The program is a guidance and quarantine program for students who want to memorize the Qur’an.There were 30 participants in this activity.
The participants are the scholarship recipients of tahfidz or non-scholarship recipients tahfidz.UNAIR provides free tuition fee for several semesters for students memorizing Alquran.The minimum requirement is five juz™.
The program was held on August 1-7.For seven days in quarantine, participants must meet the target of 5-10 juz memorization.
The opening of the program was attended by Director of Student Affairs UNAIR Dr.M. Hadi Shubhan, SH., MH., CN .; Tahfidzul Qur’an (UKM TQ) coach, Drs.Moses;and all tutors of the tahfidz class.Dr.Hadi said that Dauroh Tahfidz can be a place for students who want to strengthen memorization.
”ÌýExcellence with Qur’anis extraordinary.It™s how we become human beings who are not only smart, but also have morals who are guided by the Koran, “he said.
Meanwhile, Drs.Musa appreciated the spirit of the participants in joining the program.In the midst of busy campus activities, apparently, not a few students deliberately took the time to memorize the Qur™an.
“Through this activity, we can improve and maintain memorization in the framework of syi’ar.Because, the best humans are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it, “he said.
Participants Dauroh Tahfidz were divided into three groups.Each group was accompanied by severalliaison officers(LO) who were assigned to listen to the memorization and support the participants.
In addition, there were also Tahajud prayers in congregation, halaqah,murajaahmemorization, until the memorization test.For next week, participants will stay and conduct activities at Ulul Azmi Mosque UNAIR.
They are not allowed to use communication devices during quarantine.The activity will be closed with 30 juz memorization on Tuesday, August 7.(*)
